ONE TO ONE COACHING
Sessions conducted regularly one on one with client and coach with typical engagements 12-18 months. Most valuable for clients who need to progress and develop quickly or need more in-depth coaching. Focus is specific and individualized. Goals are set at the beginning of the engagement and client works on assignments in between calls. 30-60 minute sessions to full day of coaching on specific topics such as Executive Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Strength Finders 2.0. Leaders with similar developmental needs and levels of competency learn together. Sessions run bi-weekly to monthly with assignments to work on in between calls. Number of sessions is topic, progress, and group dependent.

Our methodology is founded in integrity-based coaching. We begin setting the vision for the ideal outcome, gain clarity on current state,
build a plan that leverages strengths and addresses gaps, and execute on the plan with high engagement and accountability.
This is accomplished by observing what you are doing about the areas you want to work on. The client(s) and coach work together on
strategies to create shifts in mindset and behavior. The focus is on what, who, and how. The success of the coaching engagement is
measured by changes in perspective/behavior and achievement of objectives and goals. The plan is customized for each individual to
rapidly accelerate growth and results.
