Excuse Proof, Goal Crushing Leaders and Teams
Lead Boldly. Perform Exceptionally.
Build an Engaged, High-Performing Team by Leading with Strengths
🚨 Only 33% of employees are engaged in their jobs.
That means 67% are checked out, delivering lackluster results, missing opportunities, and dragging down performance.
Disengaged teams hurt your bottom line—they frustrate customers, lower productivity, and create workplace friction.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
🔑 The Solution: Strengths-Based Leadership
Traditional leadership focuses on fixing weaknesses.
That approach leads to frustration, burnout, and mediocre results.
Great leaders do something different.
They identify and develop what their people do best, creating thriving, high-performing teams that take ownership and make it happen.

🧭 How to Get Ready
To make the most of the experience, we ask that all participants complete a few important steps before the session:
Take the CliftonStrengths® Assessment – You’ll receive a link to complete the assessment from Gallup (if you haven’t already). It takes about 30 minutes and provides powerful insight into your natural talents. (Check your spam folder in case you don’t see the invitation once it’s been sent)
Review Your Strengths Reports – Reflect on how your top talents influence how you lead and communicate with your team. Go to https://login.gallup.com/ and sign in using the email and password you used when taking the assessment. The details formerly found in the Strengths Insight Guide is now found in the CliftonStrengths Top 5 Report and/or the CliftonStrengths Full 34 Report (depending on which version your group is taking).
🔍 Pre-Workshop Reflection Questions:
Which of your top strengths do you naturally use to influence and inspire your team?
How do your strengths help you set a clear vision, build trust, and drive accountability?
Where might your strengths unintentionally create blind spots or challenges in leading others?
How well do you understand the strengths of your team members—and are you fully leveraging them?
What would be possible if every person on your team was operating from their strengths every day?
Reflecting on these questions will help you enter the workshop ready to lead with intention—and walk away with a roadmap to build a strengths-based, high-performing, and excuse-proof team.

Invest in their own strengths
Surround themselves with the right people
